Terms and Conditions of 77fff – Platform Usage Rules

To use the 77fff platform, you must meet all of the eligibility criteria below. By using the platform, you confirm that you satisfy all of these criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time the account is created.
• Be a resident of Brazil or have lawful access to the platform under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not be enrolled in a self-exclusion active on 77fff or on any other betting platform.
• Do not use the account on behalf of third parties — each account is personal and non-transferable.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

77fff reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Each user may hold only an active account on 77fff. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP, or payment details will be identified and closed, with balances held for fraud review.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes: full name as it appears on an official document, valid CPF, date of birth, residential address in Brazil, and active contact details (email and mobile number).

Keeping your information up to date is your responsibility. If an outdated email address prevents you from receiving important communications from 77fff, the platform is not liable for any consequences resulting from that failure to update.

77fff strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. This feature is available in the security settings of your user dashboard.

In the event of the account holder's death, legal heirs may contact support with the appropriate legal documentation to request a refund of the available account balance. Pending bet winnings will be reviewed in accordance with the terms in effect on the date of each bet.

All financial transactions on 77fff are carried out in Brazilian reais (R$). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted. 77fff accepts the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. The maximum amount per deposit is subject to the limits set by each payment method. Deposited funds become available for betting immediately after payment confirmation.

For withdrawals, the default and fastest method is Pix, processed in up to 5 minutes at any time of day, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. The Pix key provided for withdrawals must be registered to a bank account held by the same CPF registered on 77fff.

77fff may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, or in situations that warrant additional security confirmation. This verification may include submitting a photo ID and proof of address.

77fff offers betting on a wide range of sports and competitions, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores de América, Recopa Sudamericana, UFC and MMA, Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB), volleyball, and more. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.

A bet is considered valid and final once confirmed by the 77fff system, as identified by the bet registration number in your account history. From that point on, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the cash out is available and active for that specific selection.

• Odds errors: If an odds price is published with an obvious typographical error that is clearly inconsistent with market conditions, 77fff reserves the right to void the bet and refund the staked amount. The user will be notified by email.
• Postponed games: If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours, bets remain valid for the new date. If the postponement exceeds 72 hours or the match is cancelled outright, bets are voided and the stake is returned to your balance.
• Live betting: Live odds change in real time. 77fff is not responsible for connection delays that result in a bet being accepted at odds different from those displayed at the time of the click. The odds shown on the bet confirmation screen are the ones that apply.
• Accumulators: In parlay bets, all selections must be correct for the accumulator to win. If one selection is cancelled, it is removed from the parlay and the remaining selections stay valid with the odds recalculated accordingly.
• Cash out: The cash out value is calculated automatically based on current market odds and may be higher or lower than the original staked amount. Cash out is final upon confirmation and cannot be reversed.

77fff applies the official rules of the governing body of each competition (CBF for Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL for Libertadores, UFC/Zuffa for MMA, etc.) as the basis for settling bets. In cases of conflicting interpretations, 77fff's decision — grounded in the official competition rules — shall prevail.

77fff offers bonuses and promotions for new users and active bettors. Each promotion has specific rules published on the platform's Promotions page. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate account from your real balance and have wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before withdrawing any winnings generated from the bonus.
• The standard welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, with a 5x rollover on the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• One welcome bonus per CPF, per residential address, and per device. Attempts to claim the bonus multiple times through alternative means will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

• Underage access: Allowing anyone under 18 to access or use your account, even unintentionally.

You can request the closure of your 77fff account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing contato@77fff.net. After the closure request:

• Your available real balance (excluding bonus balance with an unfulfilled rollover) will be returned via Pix to the key registered under your CPF within up to 5 business days.
• Any bets open at the time of closure will be settled normally, with winnings credited or losses deducted before the remaining balance is returned.
• After closure, you will not be able to create a new account with the same CPF for 30 days, except in cases of self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, where the minimum period is 6 months.

77fff may close an account unilaterally in the following situations: violation of the Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, order from a competent judicial authority, prolonged inactivity for more than 24 months with no available balance, or a commercial decision with 30 days' prior notice.

If an account is closed due to suspected fraud, the balance will be held until the investigation is complete. If the suspicion is not confirmed, the full balance will be returned. If confirmed, the balance may be seized in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

77fff believes betting should be a form of entertainment, never an obligation or a primary source of income. The platform offers responsible gambling tools accessible to any user directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once configured, the limit cannot be increased immediately — there is a 7-day waiting period for any increase, while reductions take effect instantly.
• Account pause: You can pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, access to the platform is blocked and no bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: For long-term exclusion due to health or dependency reasons, you can activate self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Once activated, access to the platform is blocked for the selected period.
• Betting history: Your full financial and betting history is available in your account so you can monitor your activity with complete transparency.

77fff cooperates with consumer protection initiatives in the betting industry and supports the implementation of responsible gambling policies in Brazil, in compliance with the regulatory framework established by Law No. 14.790/2023 and supplementary regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance.

77fff reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address and through a notice on the platform with at least 15 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure before the effective date, as described in section 8 of this document. Bets placed before the effective date remain governed by the terms in force at the time each bet was placed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian laws, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the specific legislation governing the betting sector currently in force in Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the user's place of residence in Brazil.
